Three ways to put
30 years to work
for your business.

A 90-minute call. A three-week action plan.
A monthly retainer as your part-time head of marketing.
Three ways to work with Stephen, depending on what you need.

Who you'll be talking to

Who you'll be talking to.

Stephen O'Sullivan, Director of Splash.
Founded the agency in Killorglin in 1996.

In thirty years he has personally worked on over 2,000 Irish business websites and built numerous online businesses of his own, including PracticeNet (over 300 accountancy practices since 2014) and Printing.ie (an online print shop running since 2002 with close to €9.4+ million in sales).

Stephen has delivered over 900 Trading Online Voucher projects for SMEs across Ireland, giving Stephen a uniquely broad view of how small Irish businesses actually operate, what works for them, and what does not.

He has acted as the strategic marketing director for over fifty Irish businesses, working with them on their marketing model, internal structure and action plan.

Stephen is the kind of person who has seen most of the marketing, branding, website and operational problems that Irish SME owners run into because he has either lived through them himself, watched a client live through them, or sat in the room as the senior outside voice while a leadership team worked it out.

He'll tell you what he thinks.
He won't waste your time.

Start with a
30-minute call.

Book a free
30-minute call.

We talk about your business and what you are trying to figure out. I will tell you which tier suits you or if none of them do.

We agree
on the tier.

Most owners pick Tier 01 to start and move up if it makes sense. Some go straight to Tier 02 or Tier 03 because they already know what they need.

Stephen
gets to work.

Tier 01 is booked for the same week. Tier 02 starts within ten days. Tier 03 starts at the beginning of the next month once the spot is confirmed.

You get
clarity.

By the end of the call, the engagement, or the first month, you have a clear answer to what was bothering you. That is the whole point.

Why this exists

A full-time head of marketing costs €80k / €100k a year. Most SMEs do not need one. They need senior thinking from someone who has been working in the web and marketing sectors at a management level since 1996.

If any of these sound like you, the call is for you.

"I think I need a new website, but I am not sure that is actually the problem." Sometimes it is. Occasionally it is the message underneath that needs work first.

"I have a decision to make and I want a senior outside opinion before I make it." Sometimes that is all you need. Ninety minutes with someone who will tell you straight.

"I am thinking about rebranding but I do not know if it is the right move." Often it is the wrong move. Occasionally it is the only right move.

"A competitor is doing something that is taking my customers, and I do not know how to respond." They might have spotted something you missed. They might be making a mistake you should not copy.

"I have outgrown the way I was running things, but I do not know what to put in its place." This is the hardest one to articulate alone. It is the easiest one to clarify with someone in the room.

"My marketing is not working and I cannot tell why."
Most of the time it is not the marketing. It is the message underneath the marketing.

A clear
answer.

Most people who book the Strategy Call have been turning the same problem over for weeks or months. They have read articles, asked friends, sat with it on the drive home. What they need is not more information. It is someone in the room who can hold the whole picture for ninety minutes and tell them which threads to pull.

By the end of the call you will know whether you need a new website, a new message, a new strategy, or just to stop worrying about it. You will leave with a direction, and you will leave with the confidence that comes from having had a senior outside opinion.

If the answer turns out to be "You need Splash to work for you", that's a separate conversation with its own quote.
If the answer is "You do not need Splash at all", Stephen will tell you that too.

Questions.

If you have one specific question you want answered properly, pick Tier 01. If you want a written plan you can act on for the next month, pick Tier 02. If your business needs senior thinking month after month and you cannot justify a full-time hire, pick Tier 03. When in doubt, start with Tier 01 and work up.
No. The call is the call. If a website or a Pollna subscription comes up because it is genuinely the answer, I will say so. But the call is not a pitch. You paid for clarity, not for a sales meeting.
No. You can be on Squarespace, WordPress, anything. All three tiers are about strategy, not platform. Most clients end up with some Splash or Pollna involvement over time, but not because I sell it on the call.
Because more than that and the quality drops. Tier 03 is me, in volume. A retainer with twenty clients is just a busy consultant pretending. Four is the number where every client gets the attention they paid for.
Yes. Most clients start on Tier 01, move to Tier 02 a few months later, and a few graduate to Tier 03 from there. You are not locked into anything. The first call always tells us what to do next.
